Everything you need to know about our enterprise infrastructure and deployment processes.

SVCRoom is an enterprise-grade operating system designed for building social audio networks and virtual economies. It includes fully functional iOS, Android, and Web clients, powered by a massive real-time backend infrastructure capable of handling millions of users.

SVCRoom is created and maintained by ITBRICK LLC, a software engineering firm specializing in deep-tech R&D, high-density real-time communications, and scalable enterprise solutions.

Unlike templated chat applications, SVCRoom is built specifically for monetization and community scaling. It includes a built-in virtual economy (diamonds/coins), an agency management system, hierarchical gifting, and complex gamification right out of the box.

Our clients are typically entrepreneurs, established agencies, and enterprises looking to launch their own branded social network (similar to Clubhouse, Yalla, or Bigo Live) without spending millions on ground-up development.

We offer three flexible tiers: a monthly SaaS model (Option A), a one-time Lifetime License (Option B), and a full Enterprise Source Code buyout (Option C), allowing you to choose the exact level of ownership you need.

Yes! Our Option A is a fully managed SaaS model. You pay a predictable monthly fee, and our engineering team handles all server costs, maintenance, and technical infrastructure for you.

Absolutely. Option B provides a Lifetime License. You pay a one-time fixed fee and own the right to operate the software forever without any recurring licensing payments to us.

Yes, but only under Option C (Enterprise Source Code). This ultimate tier grants you 100% full access to the complete iOS, Android, and Backend repositories. Options A and B do not include source code access.

If you purchase Option C, yes. Your internal engineering team is free to modify, extend, and rewrite the source code to fit your unique business requirements.

No. Whether you choose the SaaS or Lifetime license, our pricing is transparent. We do not take a percentage of your platform's revenue, nor do we charge hidden royalties on the virtual gifts your users purchase.

If you choose the SaaS model, we host everything on our optimized cloud. If you choose the Lifetime or Source Code tiers, we will deploy the entire backend architecture directly onto your own cloud servers (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).

Yes. For Options B and C, the infrastructure is deployed 100% on your own corporate cloud accounts, ensuring you have absolute physical control over your servers and databases.

If you are self-hosting (Options B/C), starting server costs are typically around $150–$300 per month for a standard deployment capable of handling thousands of concurrent users. These costs scale linearly as your traffic grows.

Yes! Across all pricing tiers, the mobile applications are published under your own corporate Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts. The platform belongs to your brand.

Absolutely. Our deployment team handles the entire technical submission process for both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store to ensure compliance with their strict review guidelines.

Because we build the applications to strict compliance standards, rejections are rare. However, if they do occur, our team handles all appeals, code adjustments, and resubmissions at no extra cost to you until the application is approved.

Our standard, rapid deployment timeline is exactly 4 weeks. This includes complete white-labeling, backend infrastructure deployment, app store submission, and final launch testing.

During white-labeling, we strip all SVCRoom branding and replace it with your company's identity. This includes your custom platform name, logos, splash screens, primary colors, and domain names.

Yes. You can select the primary and secondary branding colors that best match your corporate identity, and we will apply them natively throughout the iOS and Android applications.

Yes! We highly encourage it. Contact our sales team to request a test APK for Android or a TestFlight link for iOS so you can experience the high-quality audio and animations firsthand.

Yes. We can provide you with a live demonstration and temporary sandbox credentials so you can explore the powerful tools available in the admin panel before making a commitment.

We provide comprehensive, enterprise-grade technical support. This includes 24/7 critical server monitoring, bug fixes, performance optimizations, and direct access to our engineering team for operational guidance.

The SaaS model includes ongoing support as long as you are subscribed. The Lifetime License includes 1 full year of free technical support and standard updates, ensuring a smooth first year of operation.

For SaaS and active support clients, software updates are pushed seamlessly over-the-air (OTA) or via coordinated server patches, ensuring your platform always has the latest security and performance enhancements.

Yes. If your business requires a unique feature not currently in the platform, our engineering team is available for custom development contracts to build bespoke solutions specifically for your platform.

The SVCRoom architecture is built on highly scalable microservices and Kubernetes clusters. When your user base explodes, the infrastructure can dynamically auto-scale horizontally to support millions of concurrent connections.

Yes. If you choose the self-hosted options (B or C), the databases reside entirely on your servers. We do not have access to your data, and you retain 100% legal ownership of your user base.

No. Advanced interactive mini-games (like Ludo, Uno, or Casino games) are premium add-ons. You can choose to launch a streamlined platform without them, or purchase specific games to boost your monetization.

Because you control the deployment region (Options B/C), you can choose to host the databases within the EU, US, or MENA regions to strictly comply with GDPR, CCPA, or local data sovereignty laws.

Yes. All enterprise purchases are accompanied by a legally binding Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlining our uptime guarantees, support response times, and intellectual property transfers.
